SHIPPING & RETURNS

Clear costs before payment. Product prices are shown on the product page. Any shipping charge and applicable tax will be shown in Stripe Checkout before you complete payment.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are subject to product availability and inventory verification. The Original Edition is limited legacy inventory and is fulfilled in black unless a product offer explicitly states otherwise. New Edition color selections are fulfilled according to the color chosen during checkout.

SHIPPING

We sell physical products that require a deliverable shipping address. Available destinations, shipping charges, and any delivery estimate are presented during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier or destination.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at wholesale@thepocketshelf.com. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered fulfillment.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us promptly after delivery with your order information and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, return, or refund instructions.

RETURNS

Contact us before sending a product back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Products returned without prior authorization may not be identifiable or eligible for a refund. Any approved refund is issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
